Yesterday and today have both been lazy days, Kris has been bike riding but my activities have been limited to floating in the pool, knitting, reading and napping.
Last night Uncle Larry and Aunt Jane made beef tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce and mushrooms, roasted vegetables and baked potatotes YUM!
For lunch today Jill made a tomato, avocado, smoked mozzarella salad. HOLY MOLY was it good. The Lynch girls made beer battered brats, orzo artichoke sundried tomato salad and corn on the cob for dinner- woot!
