"What do you want for breakfast?" "Ummmm, I had this sandwich once...."

A Philadelphia pork roll inspired sandwich. Actually love is Kris making me this thing based only on my vague hungover recollection of having one in Philadelphia once. He subbed bacon for pork roll- but it was really just as good as the one I had once.

It's basically a buttered Hoagie roll

2 fried eggs (over hard)

Bacon

Cheese

(and for me copious amounts of Tobasco)
