Cooking with Kris

We had homemade wings tonight, and Kris and I debated which of his previous recipes were our favorites. Of course this led to bickering about whether there was old bay or not in the garlic lime wings and so I had to pull down the cookbook to verify.

Backstory:
One night in 2005 before a tailgate Kris went all mad scientist in the kitchen preparing two different sauces making a mess everywhere but logging down the ingredients on two green post it notes. After everything was mixed up we agreed that these were the best two batches he had made yet. Kris turns to me and hands me the postits and says, "Save those somewhere." Let's be clear about this in the next 2 hours we were to pack a pop up canopy, 2 tables, 3 side tables, 6 chairs, a grill, a turkey fryer, two coolers of food, a bin full of everything we need to cook: (aim n flame, pots, pans, fry baskets, spatulas, knives, can openers, plates, forks, napkins, cups, foil trays,) bags of room temperature foods, propane tanks, beer, pop, our clothes, an inflatable Nittany Lion, flag poles and flags, our clothes, tickets and parking pass; and yet I'm to keep track of two 2" x 2" scraps of paper.
Needless to say, I don't really know where I put them.
Devastation reigns in the Lynch household. Epic despair. Unending suffering ensues. Wailing, rending of cloth, you get the idea. The recipes must be found.

MONTHS later I find the two post its tucked into a cook book.
Here below I reveal the secret recipes in their original format:
Recipe 1
Tabasco Garlic- lots
Garlic - lots
Dillweed - little
Red Pepper - some
lime- lots

Recipe 2
Old Bay- decent
Dillweed - decent
Tomato paste- decent
Garlic salt- decent
Red Pepper- decent

I laughed when I opened my cookbook to them again this evening, remembering how Kris had to remake these (sober) and figure out exactly how much old bay is decent and how much pushes your wing sauce right into indecent.
